There are multiple plugins available in the WordPress directory which can help you to bring back the classic editor in WordPress if you are not feeling comfortable with the new Gutenberg editor in WordPress.
1. Disable Gutenberg
This plugins helps you to disable the Gutenberg editor in WordPress and bring back the classic editor. It also let you to completely disable the Gutenberg editor or partially like selectively disable Gutenberg for any post types or user roles.
2. Classic Editor
Classic Editor is an official plugin developed by WordPress Contributors. You can easily restores the classic editor in latest version of WordPress. After installing and activating this plugin, It hides all functionality available in the Gutenberg editor by default.
One of the useful feature of this plugin is that an admin can allow users to change their default editor such as the users can choose which editor to use for each post.
